The WGR Leadership and Advocacy Conference strengthens professionals at all career levels who are working in any aspect of advocacy including federal, state or local government relations, public relations, public affairs, community activism, coalitions, public policy, campaigns, PAC and grassroots, politics, legislation, and communications.
Women in Government Relations (WGR) is the premier, non-partisan professional society for those who have responsibilities and interests in the field of government relations and/or public affairs. Founded in 1975, WGR has over 1200 members at every career level of government relations representing a wide array of private, non-profit and public sector organizations.
WGR advances and empowers women by fostering professional development and growth opportunities through a community that supports women’s leadership in government relations. Joining WGR is an investment in your own personal and professional development. Membership levels provide access and support for government relations and public affairs professionals at all levels.
